From CNN, more on the sanctity of marriage...

Gosh, we'd better pass that Constitutional amendment to protect marriages like this, huh?

Give us a break . . . . .

When I found out, I said to someone that I'm glad that my marriage isn't recognized in order to "protect" Britney's attempts.

And, sitting here watching the returns, while we've had some nice victories here in MN, I see state after state voting to amend their constitutions. Then there's the evil witch from hell that the morons in the MN 6th have, it appears, elected to the US Congress. She's made her career off demonizing GLBT people. But, I'm glad to see that MN has elected its first woman to the US Senate and the first Muslim to the House from any state. Better save more for a real post!

The amendments passing proves to me we are all doing the right thing in getting the heck outta here.

Kudos for Arizona for voting against amending. It was a great
"in your face McCain" moment

Yeah, I remember hearing about her divorce recently. How ridicules! We can't even marry our spouses and have equal rights, but straight people can have a drive-thru wedding in Las Vegas. Horrible!
